Moel Yr Wyn is a large, detached property resting in Rhiw near Aberdaron, Cornwall and can sleep 12 people in five bedrooms.

The living areas include a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washer and dryer, and a living/dining room with seating for 12 people and a TV. All five bedrooms have a TV and en-suite shower room, including two king-size, one family room with king-size and double, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor twin. Outside, there is a front, non-enclosed garden with furniture, an indoor swimming pool, and off-road parking for five cars.

There is a shop and pub within less than 4 miles and a beach within less than 2 miles. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price and a highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available.
