Ty Llawen in Penmaenmawr, Conwy, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

This detached holiday home has three bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a 2'6" twin, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen, a utility, and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is private, off-road parking, a garden with a terrace and furniture, and an enclosed front garden.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available and fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub in 200 yard and a beach within less than 1 mile.

Note: There is a child sized single trundle bed available for an extra child on request. Ty Llawen is a lovely home in a fantastic location. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
