The living areas in the property consist of a second-floor kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and dining seating for eight guests, a second-floor utility with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and a second-floor sitting room with a Smart TV and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms all have Smart TVs and consist of two super-king-size with en-suites, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor twin (zip/link), along with a second-floor cloakroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a private patio with furniture, private balconies with furniture and off-road parking for two cars.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pine Lodge is a brilliant escape for an adventure in Devon.

Note: There are lots of steps throughout the property which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
