Fantastic house with great views over Dartmouth with a garage!
The location is fantastic and we were rewarded with amazing views of the sunrise over Kingswear. Situated about 10 minutes walk in the lanes above Dartmouth with a local bus stop outside should you need it - the walk home is steep (as it is at home for us)!
The house is very spacious, clean and well appointed. A wardrobe in each of the spacious bedrooms is the only improvement we felt could be made as hanging space is a little limited if more than 2 guests.
As we have visited the area on a camping holiday 11 years ago it was great to have a base to explore the local area at a slower pace. We left the car in the garage and explored Dittisham, Kingswear and the coast path and also walked all the way round to Stoke Fleming and had a nice refreshment stop at Radius 7!
If we return to Dartmouth we would definitely stay here again!!
