The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen offering a range with double electric ovens and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight people, a sitting room hosting a TV with Freeview and a woodburning stove, a mezzanine snug and an external utility with a freezer and washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size, a twin (with a third single available on request), and a ground-floor family room housing a double and bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there are extensive, shared gardens with lawned areas and furniture, as well as ample off-road parking with boat parking available.

Within less than 2 miles, you will find a shop, within less than 2 miles, a pub, and within less than 2 miles, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost.
