8 Ty'n Don is a ground-floor apartment in Llanengan near Abersoch, North Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Two bedrooms including a double with basin and a bunk, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open-plan and comprises of a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric stove. The heating is electric storage heaters and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer.

For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power are included. To the outside is a shared garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, along with shared parking for two cars.

Two pets are welcome at a £25 fee however smoking is not permitted. less than 2 miles to a shop, less than 1 miles to a pub and beach. Note: Guests to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, alternatively if you would like a bedding/towel service, please call Mrs Colette Bland on 07745 399902 (This is an independent service supplied by a third party but recognised and verified by Abersoch Quality Homes).

Note: Guests have access to on-site facilities, including a laundrette with a washing machine and tumble dryer that take £1 coins and cost £3 per wash, a hosepipe and tap in a neighbouring field to rinse off wetsuits and dogs, along with a Play Barn area, games room, badminton and table tennis. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. 8 Ty'n Don is a lovely escape to a scenic corner of Wales.
