Just a few minutes walk from the centre of the pretty market town of Helmsley is this charming property - a superb, semi-detached house in a quiet position. This lovely property has been lovingly restored and tastefully furnished to provide an extremely comfortable home-from-home. There is also a lovely sitting room with cosy open fire as well as a conservatory opening onto a pretty garden – the perfect place to relax on a warm summer’s evening.

The local community provides a wide range of amenities including numerous riverside walks, traditional tea rooms and former coaching inns, as well as the market square and lanes.

A great location, Helmsley has so much to offer, and we loved being able to walk to shops and cafes, which are only a few minutes away. We can't speak highly enough of Castle View which was comfortable, spacious, very well equipped and in immaculate condition. All "mod cons" were of the highest quality and the furniture was comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen was also well equipped and there was lots of storage space in the bedrooms. A real home from home.

The house was very comfortable and spacious, we felt at home and very relaxed whilst we were there. The property was conveniently located in a nice quiet area about a two minute walk to the centre of the beautiful market town, which had lovely quaint shops and tearooms. The house was situated in easy access of the neighbouring villages and places of interest.
Mrs Cochrane

There was nothing to dislike at this lovely property or of Helmsley. The house was close to the centre of Helmsley with lots of attractions nearby and the house was very comfortable with lots of room for our family. We all enjoyed sitting in the conservatory in the early morning and watching the birds in the garden. It was even better in the evening when the garden lights came on as the garden is very secluded and the area was very quiet. We all had a brilliant week

Beautiful cottage in a great location.
Mrs Powell

The house was well appointed, well presented and clean. The house is ideally located for the centre of the beautiful town of Helmsley, which itself has an ample supply of restaurants, shops and tea rooms, topped off with a castle and many fine walks. Very relaxing.
