Parcllwyd Caravan sits in its own plot opposite the cottage, it has its own facilities and is private. Parcllwyd Caravan is south facing and enjoys the sun throughout the year. Everything is done to a high standard so that visitors can enjoy their holiday and yet get that 'home from home' feeling.
The caravan is fully equipped with a 32' TV with digital free view, DVD/Blu Ray smart player, fridge/freezer, gas hob & oven, built in microwave oven. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom looks across the garden and valley whilst the twin room is to the rear of the van. The caravan has full double glazing, insulation and full central heating and a gas fire in the lounge, Behind the caravan is a garage which houses a washer/dryer for visitors to use if they wish, there is a washing line situated to one side of the lawn area.
The lounge has seating which also has a second double bed under it for additional use if needed, the dining area is situated to the side in the lounge. The caravan is fully double-glazed and heated throughout. the hot water, fire in the lounge and cooker are gas.
All gas and electric is supplied within the prices quoted. On arrival you will find some tea, coffee, milk etc so that you can have that long earned drink before unpacking. You will also find a complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome you.
Pets are welcome, although you are asked to clear up behind them both inside and outside of the caravan and not to let them on the beds or furniture, some throws are provided, owners with dogs are asked to bring additional throws with them to protect the seating areas. Pets are not to be left unattended in the caravan. Outside you will find a nice secluded garden and secure decked area for your to enjoy the summer evenings or early mornings.
From the decked area of the caravan you will find some beautiful views of the valley. The garden is fenced all the way round with gates on the driveway. There is seating on the decking which is nice to sit on to enjoy the summer evening with a glass of wine and the sound of the wild birds etc.
Also in the garden is a picnic bench with sunshade.
