An amazing house in a great location
This was a lovely house to stay in. We went with my parents and having the two floors with separate kitchens and bathrooms was just perfect. The grounds were ideal for walking the dogs and the house had everything you could possible want in it. We had an incredible week and a truly relaxing holiday

Great spot for visiting the Lakes and Dog Friendly
Just back to Bristol following a great week in a lovely spacious property which was geared for our two cocker spaniels. Definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to the Lakes.

Highly recommended
We stayed here last week and it's such a fabulous cottage. It's so roomy and spacious, with lovely views from the upstairs living room window. I have never stayed in a holiday let with so much equipment, if you are looking for something in the kitchen, it will be there! Even the ground floor kitchen has a washer/dryer. It was warm and comfy with comfortable Egyptian cotton bedding and the shower room ( downstairs) was superb... I would describe this place as home from home! Two minutes walk to lake Coniston which was breathtaking and it was so nice when the sheep strolled in to the beautiful grounds every morning. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends and family.

Spent my 60th birthday here with family of 6 adults, baby and 4 dogs. Wonderful spacious house in perfect location. Ideal for our needs. Everything provided and some. 5 minute walk down to the lake. Warm and cosy.

A very well appointed holiday property, indeed with ample space for individual down-time if required. There is a large garden area for hounds and children to play in, away from the road so no need to worry about children/hounds straying onto it. Absolutely first class all round.
