Experience a warm, friendly Welsh welcome at Llwyn Beuno cottage on a smallholding, 5 minutes from Pwllheli it's marina and the National Sailing Academy of Wales Please contact us directly regarding a two person discount, flexible start dates and duration. On the ground floor, a cosy lounge with comfortable sofas, latest flatscreen TV, video, DVD and, CD players, Wii, and traditional antique furniture will ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The separate dining room has a second flatscreen TV/DVD combi (built in freeview), radio, with antique furniture including a Grandfather clock.

Our fully fitted, luxury ash kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, coffee percolator and family-sized slow cooker. An electric vegetable steamer is also available, along with plenty of crockery, numerous utensils and saucepans. A freezer, ice packs, washing machine and tumble drier are in the store shed.

Upstairs, three bedrooms can accommodate 5 persons in two doubles and a twin. All beds have sprung interior mattresses on divans, mattress and pillow protectors, and bedside lamps. Each bedroom has bedside cabinets, elegant wardrobes with ample hangers and a dressing table, along with beautiful co-ordinated bedding, clock radios, and are fully carpeted.

The family bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower includes a heated towel rail. Personal towels are provided - we will even provide bathrobes for 2-person bookings. Ample off road parking.

At times in the season we are able to sell you vegetables grown in our own fields.Llighting, heating and electricity is included in the rental. Beds are made up for your arrival, with personal towels and luxury bathrobes for 2 person bookings.

A complimentary bottle of wine is included for full week bookings. To keep your toddlers entertained we have a number of toys. We provide storage for your bikes or activity tools and there is an indoor drying area for wet boots, wetsuits etc.

A cot, stairgate and highchair are available by prior request, and a windbreak and buckets and spades are available for your use. The property has Wifi internet access, and we have plenty of space for your jetski, boat or trailer. Within a half-mile of Efailnewydd, less than 10 mins drive from Pwllheli market town and the glorious Llyn Peninsula coast, we've a choice of safe beaches within 15 mins drive.

In easy reach of Snowdonia and the Cambrian Coast, The Rivals mountains can be seen from the front garden. Pwllheli Marina is 10 mins drive away, and we can accommodate your boat. Watersports are catered for on the Llyn Peninsula, and also has a choice of footpaths and cycle routes to try.

We can arrange to collect bikes from Pwllheli train station, where you can catch taxis or the bus. There is a cinema and leisure centre at Pwllheli. Snowdonia, The Zip Wire at Bethesda and Blaenau FFestiniog together with Bounce Below cater for those in search of adventure.
