We have stayed in a number of Sykes cottages over the years and have always been satisfied with our experience. This venue surpassed all our expectations, Hazel Barn is outstanding, the accommodation, the setting and the access to beaches and other places of interest provided us with most memorable family holiday for a long time.

Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings at Hazel Barn. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Catered for the rainy days with a well equipped indoor games room. Also an outdoor play area came in handy to keep the children occupied. Lovely to be able to have a log fire in the lounge.
Mrs Rench

The tranquillity of the area and the relaxing atmosphere of the property was a delight. Each room was furnished uniquely and fashionably and made us feel comfortable and at home. The owners of the property met all of our requirements and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

We have just spent Christmas at this wonderful cottage which was really lovely. The cottage is beautifully decorated and so lovely and homely, we all wanted to stay forever. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The snug was an added bonus and much bigger than expected and the games room was a hit with the men in the group. Had a very well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and the beds were all lovely and comfortable. It was all just lovely, a big thank you to the owners, 10 out of 10!
Mrs Owen

We had a fun relaxed weekend with the girls. It was a beautiful location which enabled us to be in the property all weekend. There was plenty of room for people to have their own space at times but also the lounge was big enough when we were all in together. We stayed in but there was plenty of information to help with things to do and places to visit.
