Perfect location, comfortable and cosy stay.
11 Victoria Cottages is in the perfect location in Stratford upon Avon, being a short pleasant walk away from the theatres and the town - a lovely walk over bridges. It was a very comfortable place to stay, with enough space for two of us for the week, everything we needed in the kitchen, a power shower, a seating area outside etc. We would definitely want to stay here again if and when we visit Stratford again, and we would recommend it to others.

Lovely place to stay
Third stay in this charming little cottage Arrived a bit early , but after contacting the owner we were allowed to leave our bags while the cleaning team arrived .. all helpful and friendly It was nice to see all the little extras like a set of saucepans were available to use and other little touches had been added , as suggested by other guests Loved our stay , love the cottage , did a bit of cooking , used the kitchen which has all you need for your stay if you are doing some home cooking A lovely stay ..as all visits have been As I always say , I wish there was an allocated parking space for this cottage .. The parking is in the swans next car park , but don't assume there is parking at all times .. we left our car , when we could park it and relied on family to pick us up .. Especially at night as the car park gets full .. I can't wait to go back though Love the cottage and my visits to Stratford

Excellent
Everything you need for a quiet break. Beautifully furnished, spotless and very homely. So close to the town, theatre and river bank. Highly recommended. Thank you

Excellent
Second stay at this cottage It's a wonderful location to walk into Stratford It's clean and has all you need .. oven , fridge , washing machine etc ..it has all you need to enjoy your stay .. Home from home .. it's very welcoming There is parking included, you have a sort of permit which you get in the cottage and use to park in the swans nest car park .. display in your car .. This visit was awful for parking though .. On several occasions we couldn't park , no places in the car park , which was a shame We use the cottage to visit family which include frail relatives , so do a few visits throughout the day , parking is important to us To have a car parking space is important , but this time not always possible .. There needs to be an allocationed car space if that's possible , don't know if it is Because customers of the swans nest were very rude about our red permit saying they didn't recognise it ..that was just a one off experience but not nice Yes we were waiting for a space for an hour .. Ok rant over it's August and hard to park to Stratford .. But would be ideal if a bit of fine tuning about the parking could be sorted .. As I said we love the cottage , really love it Can't wait to stay again A winter visit next time No dates booked yet That's a to be or not to be decision But before Christmas though Miss the cottage already Great stay ..

Home from Home.
We stayed here for one week in September and from the moment we walked in we felt at home the place was so cosy and welcoming we could'nt believe how relaxed we felt. The cottage itself was spotless and fitted out with everything that you could want while self catering.Kath the owner was also brilliant and did not mind you contacting with any questions that you have. There was a small garden with table and chairs nice to sit with a glass of wine just to chill out.I could go on about how comfy the bed was, washing machines,tv etc.etc.but i will say the location could not be better too litterly a 5min. sttoll across the canals to the town centre and RSC Theatre.I won't waffle on but I will unreseverdly recommend this cottage to everyone wanting a warm relaxing stay in Stratford Upon Avon.
