This three-storey property consists of a kitchen with a range cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine and dishwasher and a dining room with gas fire. There is also a garden room with a Smart TV and first floor sitting room with gas fire and Smart TV. On the first floor there is a double, a single and a shower room and on the second floor, a king-size, a zip/link double that can be made into two single beds on request and a bathroom, along with a cloakroom.

Outside, there is an enclosed front and rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Within 200 yards there is a shop and within less than 1 miles, a pub. Heanor House is a grand house, perfect for a countryside retreat. Please note: This property accepts minimum 3 night stays.
