Set in a village that offers easy access to all the local attractions, this property offers spacious and inviting accommodation for larger groups of friends or family of up to six people.

Originally built for fishermen, this charming terraced cottage has been renovated to offer comfortable and spacious accommodation for groups of up to six people. It has been restored to retain much of its original charm, utilising exposed beams, stripped floor-boards and a cast-iron range to imbue it with traditional Yorkshire character. Each of the three bedrooms benefits from spectacular sea views and a front patio offers ample opportunity for a spot of al fresco dining in the hazy summer months.

We loved everything about Bramble Cottage. I felt at home instantly. The character filled property is decorated beautifully in a seaside style and is well equipped. Cosy sofas, a fab sea view from the kitchen and a cute little garden overlooking the coast. The child's bedroom also has a stunning sea view. The main bedroom overlooks the roofs of Robin Hoods Bay, down to the bay. The stairs in the property are steep so this might not be the best place for tiny tots. But we loved it and I'd book again in a heartbeat. Robin Hoods Bay is a wonderful village to explore with a couple of friendly pubs and good places to eat out.

What a beautiful little hideaway - just perfect!
We have just returned from a long weekend in this beautiful and quirky cottage. The location was perfect, the decor superb and the little touches such as candles, board games, cards, cds and dvds meant there was no shortage of indoor entertainment. Fortunately the weather was reasonably kind for early February and we were able to spend time pottering around the village and along the beach to the cafe at Boggle Hole. The whole weekend has been wonderful. My thanks to the owners for the thought that has gone into making this cottage a wonderful place to relax. The champagne and chocolates left for our arrival were a perfect touch, thank you.

Fabulous cottage and even better customer service
I joined some friends at Bramble Cottage just after New Year 2018, and was stunned both by the area, the village, the pubs and the accommodation. Very comfortable, clean, great facilities and well maintained. When, due to a health problem, we had to leave early and unexpectedly, I stupidly left clothes behind in the bedroom, and within an hour of emailing Jade at Sykes Cottages, she rang me to say that she would contact the owners. They, too acted quickly and in less than a week, all my clothes arrived by post, and although I had offered to pay the postage, this offer was not taken up. Looking forward to returning again soon- I had heard good reports of Sykes before, and this has sealed it for me.

This cottage is the most stunning place we have stayed in . From its homley feel to its stunning veiws. It is very clean and warm . Everytime we as a family go to robin hoods bay it proves to be a happy time . This cottage has just made our time at the bay even better. When we come back for a holiday next year we will only come back to bramble cottage because it is that good. Thank you to the owners from jayne chris and our 4 kids .

We are regular visitors to Robins Hood Bay and this is the prettiest cottage we have stayed in to date.
