This single-storey, end-terraced property sleeps four people in two bedrooms, and is set in a small courtyard in the countryside near Llandysul, with shared use of many childrens' play facilities.

The Coach House is a cosy end-terraced property set over one level, in a courtyard with a couple of other properties and the owners' home, in the countryside near Talgarreg near Llandysul. There is a double bedroom and a twin. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The living space is open plan, with a vaulted ceiling, beams and patio doors outside. The enclosed patio is great for relaxing, and children will love the shared use of a large grassed area with football net, swing and climbing frame, and also the games barn with basketball net, table tennis and trikes. There is also off road parking for 2 cars.

With the coast and countryside within easy reach, The Coach House makes a lovely family base.

Be Warned
We have just returned from this property (three days early). Although the cottage itself is not too bad it is quite grubby with cobwebs everywhere. The most worrying thing were the hairs on the double bed sheet. Luckily we checked this before the owner left for the week and he was able to provide a clean sheet while insisting that the bed had been changed that day. Very doubtful. The laundry room is very rundown and there was even a rat in one of the cupboards. The games room is filthy and damp and overgrown with weeds. Yes, on the inside. The outside area is overgrown and in a terrible state. The swing and climbing frame were unusable due to stinging nettles and rust. There is a yard full of scrap metal, an old caravan etc. The rubbish area is overflowing with bags of refuse, bottles and food waste. The cottage garden had a barbecue with weeds growing in it and the remains of old disposable barbecues left on the side. The lane adjoining the cottage leads to a quarry and lorries hurtle past frequently. The present owner appears to have little or no interest in the property and it is currently for sale. Hopefully someone will come along and return it to its former splendour. We are given to understand that this was once much loved and cared for holiday accommodation when the previous owners were in situ.

The cottage was so cosy and there was lots to do in the area.
Mr Dawson

The Coach House was a fantastic property and the owners were really warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and we can't wait to go back.
Mr Porter

A very well maintained and well equipped property.
Mr Thomas

We were welcomed by two lovely people, throughout the holiday they were very helpful giving advice on where to go. The Coach House was A1, 5 Star, very peaceful and stress free. The cottage is well placed to visit other areas and was lovely to come back to after a good day out. We would recommend the cottages to our family and friends and will be going back again. Our dog loved it, she had a lovely garden to play in, thanks to the owners for a lovely holiday.
