French doors open onto the private balcony, which comes with patio furniture and a hot tub. There's also off road parking for two cars, whilst the owner's pub is just next door. Herdwick is a superb holiday property for couples seeking the beautiful scenery of this stunning location.

This is our 4th holiday with Sykes and they have all been excellent choices. The accommodation was clean and well furnished. Good location for getting to Coniston, Ambleside, Bowness, Windermere, Keswick etc. Quiet pub and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of dog walks on the doorstep. Thank you Sykes.

The property was beautiful and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. It came with everything we needed and the views from the balcony were fantastic. The hot tub was a treat to come back to after a long day of sight seeing! We will definitely return in the future!
