Beautifully Presented Cottage
This is a smashing holiday cottage. Very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. All mod cons with helpful owners. !0 minute walk to a sunset beach.

Perfect location for beaches history and walking
Spacious cottage with pleasant private back garden. Very well maintained and decorated. Lots to see on the Llyn Peninsular, and spectacular sunset from the beach, which is a short walk down a small track. There is a small garage down the road for emergency supplies, but you pass a couple of large stores on your approach from Caernarfon.

Superb house
We had a fantastic few days at Ty Newydd - such a lovely house and much larger than we expected. You can tell a lot of time and thought has gone into the property - it was extremely comfortable, with everything provided that you could possibly want, very clean and tidy, and really nicely decorated. There is also plenty of parking right outside the property. We had a 10mth old baby with us and the space was perfect for her to crawl around in. Steve and Lynne kindly provided a cot and highchair for us - so it was a 'home away from home'. Sadly the weather wasn't quite so kind - but it didn't matter as we just snuggled down in the sitting room. If you find yourself in this neck of the woods I would highly recommend this wonderful house.

A fabulous welcoming cottage. well equipped and presented to a high standard, we stayed during storm Doris and felt snug & warm inside..Views of Saint Beuno's church across the quiet round and the sea in the near distance are stunning. We had a relaxed and carefree time thanks.

Hidden gem!
We recently stayed in this gorgeous coastal cottage, and had a wonderful time. There was so much room for the 3 of us, it would easily sleep 6 very comfortably. The cottage had charming nautical decor which was just my taste. This well equipped "home from home" will have everything you need , and more! Can't wait to return for a longer break next time , maybe in the summer. It's a short walk from a lovely little beach, which would be perfect to enjoy during warmer months, although we loved the fresh sea air in January! Set in a gorgeous little Welsh town, it is the perfect base for exploring. During our short weekend away we visited Anglesea and the town with the longest name (too long to type!) I would recommend this cottage to families and couples - i think it would suit anyone!
