Terrible experience
Black mould in every room, on the ceiling and walls. Cracked plug with screws hanging out, hair on the toilet and bath. Leak under the sink, bin dirty, kitchen equipment dirty. Horrible smell of damp and mould. Not enough towels, advertised for 5 but has 4 chairs at table. TV in guest room doesn't work. Just a really awful experience!

Made Best of a Bad Start
The cottage is in an excellent location for exploring the West Wales. The facilities in the cottage were good, but could possibly do with a shower rather than the bath and a new mattress in the main bedroom. We were shocked to turned up at the cottage on Monday 14th June at 16:30 hrs to find that it was not prepared for our arrival!!! We were greeted with a pile of dirty/used bedding/ wet used towels/dirty bathroom and kitchen. I would have thought due to COVID that the cottage would have been cleaned. We were at the point of turning round and going back home, there was no contact number for the owner at the cottage so we had no where to turn!!! So my wife and I decided to make the best of a bad job and got stuck in and cleaned the cottage ourselves with our own cleaning materials which we had purchased and luckily we had brought our own bedding and towels. Once we had finished we decided to go into Aberporth to get something to eat. When we arrived back at the cottage at around 20:00 hrs we were greeted by a lady and gentlemen who had been sent to clean the cottage as there had been an oversight by the owner. We explained that we had already cleaned up and had our own bedding and towels but they insisted on making sure everything was ok, taking away the bedding/towels and apologised for the owner. It was a very disappointing start to our break. But on a positive we really enjoyed the break.
