At the water's edge in Red Wharf Bay, this cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Close to great eateries. Open fire, wifi, TV.

Can Y Gwynt nestles in this pretty row of cottages overlooking Red Wharf Bay on the east coast of Anglesey. You can soak up the view, watch the tide come in, boats riding the gentle waves on their moorings and enjoy the sound of their lanyards clinking on the masts and the odd seagull. This is just the place to unwind and relax.

"Enjoy watching the boats bobbing on their moorings as the tide comes in or stroll along to the pub or cafe for a little something. A very pretty location." You probably will not want to leave this lovely holiday cottage, but if you want to explore the area, the Anglesey Coastal Path passes the front door.

Or a short drive will take you to the Blue Flag beach at Benllech and the pretty lifeboat village of Moelfre. Or you can cross the Menai Strait and take a day trip to Llanberis and Snowdonia - there is so much to do. A fabulous, really fun holiday house with a Mediterranean feel.

We love the carefully chosen furniture with bright cheerful fabrics, mixing old and new.
