Anglesey Self Catering cottage, Tremfor, Rhosneigr, sleeps 6

Incorrectly advertised
We have recently returned from a holiday staying at tremfor. We booked through Sykes holidays. The reason why we booked it was because the description showed a games room, garden, balcony, all en-suite rooms, private access to the high street and in a great location. We arrived with our 3 children and our dog, our boys aged 12 and 14 were super excited about having a games room! To our disappointment it did not have a games room, the balcony was indeed a fire escape, the garden was a slate path around the property and the private access to the high street had a brick wall blocking it. The listing also stated a dryer which it didn?t have. It's now a week on and I?m still dealing with Sykes to find out why it was incorrectly advertised. It's such a shame as we booked it 12 months in advance for my husbands 40th birthday, we?d imagined ourselves sitting in the balcony whilst our children played in the garden, sadly this was not the case. The property it's self it's nice and clean, the lounge only just seats 2 adults and 3 children it certainly wouldn?tsit more than that. Had the listing been correct we wouldn?t have booked it!
