This lovely ground-floor apartment of 19 New Esplanade Court rests in Paignton, Devon and can sleep four people in one bedroom.

All-ground-floor accommodation. One family bedroom with double bed and 3ft bunk. There is a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area.

There is electric central heating and the kitchen houses an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge. For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, TV with DVD player and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside there is a shared garden and shared heated swimming pool available for use throughout the summer, along with allocated parking for one car. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Distances include: Shop less than 1 miles, pub 200 yards, beach less than 1 miles.

Note: The swimming pool is open daily 8am to 8pm from 17th May to September 30th (subject to Covid & HSE guidelines). 19 New Esplanade Court is a lovely retreat for exploring Devon.
