Excellent cottage
Lovely clean, well equipped and comfortable cottage. Well positioned for exploring the coast and countryside of North Yorkshire. Faboulous pub next door with very friendly welcome and great food. The pub is very quiet and did not disturb us at all.

homely cottage
Very well appointed cottage. Had everything we needed for a weeks holiday.. One down side was no washing machine, If travelling with young children this could be a hinderance..
Cottage is in a beautiful, quiet rural village, very peaceful. right next door is the only pub in the village(great food).
River cottage was very clean with lovely decor, beds were very comfortable
The cottage has wifi, which is an additional cost..Also you dont get a mobile phone signal, but there is a payphone in the house and the pub, so it is not really too much of a problem.

The cottage was so clean and they had thought of everything, it was well worth the money. If you rent this cottage go to Runswick Bay, what a place.
