This lovely semi-detached cottage is near the village of Staithes near to Whitby and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
Mulgrave Cottage is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated near the village of Staithes just 10 miles from Whitby in Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep six people and has one ground floor double bedroom, one double and one twin as well as a ground floor wet room with shower and a bathroom with bath. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Mulgrave Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore this delightful part of the country.

Last minute getaway
We booked as a last minute getaway through Sykes Cottages. The price was expensive but the cottage was nice and clean. Owners friendly and welcoming, we were greeted with a welcome card, chocolate and biscuits which was a lovely touch. Cottage was in a cute village within walking distance to the lovely Staites.
The owners had thought of lots of nice touches from hand wash to a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge. Slight issue with the WIFI but this was quickly rectified. The baby horse from the farm kept my youngest entertained and was adorable. I would have preferred the shower proof wheel chair / commode to have been removed from the master bedroom but apart from that I would book again for a relaxing break and would recommend.
