Having the owners live next door was handy. The cottage was very roomy and spacious and felt very homely.
A bonus being next door to the local pub too.

The owners were extremely welcoming, they were most attentive and pleasant. The utility room was a great feature, and also the fact that there was a pub next door was an added bonus. Thus the cottage was a winner. Well done!
