This delightful, stone cottage just in the heart of Broadway in the Cotswolds can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms.

The Oaks is a wonderful, stone-built cottage a short walk to the town centre of Broadway, near Evesham in the Cotswolds. The cottage offers a king-size double room, which can be made into a twin, a double room with an en-suite shower room and a twin room. There is also a family bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area, boasting a large glass dining table. The sitting room features a warming open fire and patio doors leading outside to the patio area. Outside, there is a lawned garden and a patio with furniture, a shared games room with table tennis, darts, and snooker, and off road parking for three cars. The Oaks is a wonderful base for friends and families exploring the Cotswolds, all year round.

Could be great!
Convenient location although the village with amenities is a half-mile walk away. Spacious accommodation with all necessities exept for any laundering facilities. Do take all changes of clothes needed for your length of stay. We thought a 5pm check-in time with no flexibility rather late after a journey of any length. There appears to be ample off-street parking (3 cars advertised) but we were told to keep to the two spaces in front of the cottage. We found one bed unmade dictating which beds were to be slept in. It would have been nice to have had a choice. Accommodation is for six but as we were only four we were provided with four bathsheets and three hand towels. We were surprised that with asthma and allergies being so common these days all pillows and cushions were filled with feathers. Beware. Advertising says that fuel for the open fire is "inc in rent" but in the house a ?7 'donation' per bag is requested. The property is described as having three bathrooms but in fact has two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. This surprisingly is off the kitchen. How did this pass building regulations? The main television in the lounge was excellent but sadly the bedroom television would only receive BBC1.

Lovely Home
we (my husband and 2 girls) only had a short stay at the Oaks Friday to Sunday but my in laws are there for the whole week, but I need to say what a lovely homely house, home made cake, comfy sofas and beds, tea, coffee and milk. Thank you to the family who played table tennis with us and let us play with the puppy's (it tired the pups and my girls out) thank you

The property was lovely and we particularly enjoyed the space in the living room and dining room. We also enjoyed the games room and outdoor space.

Ideal for a wet weekend in November with friends
Arriving at The Oaks from various parts of the country, we appreciated the warmth and space It provided in the miserable weather. The owner was extremely helpful and the cake she provided was delicious ( a lovely thought). The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole place was furnished to a high standard. The third bedroom was very small with no room for a wardrobe but that was not too much of a problem for just a weekend. Everywhere was very clean. Our only grouse was regarding the open fire. The information in the house made a request for a ?7 daily donation for using the open fire whereas the detail provided when booking gave fuel for the open fire as included in the rental. A bit impertinent , we felt.

Great location
Great location just a twenty minute walk into town. Arrived to tea and a homemade cake on the table which was lovely. Comfy beds and lovely garden.
