Mill House a character property on the banks of river Teifi. Cenarth is a small village with two pubs serving delicious local produce, two tea rooms, a 17th century flour mill and the National Coracle Centre. There are plenty of activities locally such as fly fishing for the Teifi River's famous salmon and sewin, canoeing down river to Cardigan Bay, mountain biking, horse-riding (1 mile way) and golf (11 miles away).

Or you could spend a leisurely day at one of West Wales? beautiful unspoilt beaches such as those at Mwnt, Tresaith, Poppit Sands, Llangrannog and Aberporth, all close by. Enjoy a breathtaking trek along the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion Coastal Paths, and then relax in Cenarth's small leisure centre, enjoying a swim, sauna or steam. Cenarth is surrounded by stunning countryside and an abundance of wildlife.

Pretty Newcastle Emlyn is the closest town, only 2 miles away. Cardigan, just 10 minutes drive away at the mouth of the River Teifi, is a lovely market town which offers a range of shops, supermarkets, cafes and pubs. ACCOMMODATION Mill house sleeps 6 plus an infant in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 with a king size bed, TV/DVD and space for a travel cot; 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds.

There is a family bathroom upstairs with a bath, sink and toilet and a downstairs shower room with shower, sink and toilet. There are two sitting rooms. The smaller sitting room has a two seater sofa and two chairs, Freeview TV, DVD player and a character Victorian fireplace with imitation coal effect fire.

The second larger sitting room has a three seater sofa, two arm chairs and a Smart TV/DVD. The main feature of this room is the log/coal burner (fuel supplied). There is an open plan kitchen/dining room with an imitation log/coal burner.

The dining table seats six. Step down into the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a Freeview TV on the wall and a bar table with two stools.

There is an extendable gate available to separate the kitchen and dining room if required. OUTSIDE The kitchen kitchen door leads out onto a large patio area which has potted plants, a bench, picnic table, garden table and chairs. A shed houses the barbecue, deckchairs and washing line.

From the patio, head down steps to a sloping lawn garden which leads down to a view of the River Teifi and sitting area. There is a perimeter fence around the garden. Off road parking for two cars at the front of the house.

FACTS: Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available; please bring your own cot bedding. Oil central heating, Complimentary supply of logs, coal and charcoal provided, more available to purchase locally. Welcome pack of bottle of wine, tea, sugar, milk and biscuits.

One well behaved pet is welcome at GBP20 per week if kept downstairs. Please ensure you also clean up after it. No smoking.
