The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and slimline dishwasher, a living/dining room with dining seating for four and a Smart TV, an external shared utility with a washing machine, and an external shared games room with table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a king-size and a twin, serviced by two shower rooms, one on the ground-floor. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking with EV charging point.

A highchair, stairgate, and travel cot are available upon request. Within less than 1 miles, you will find both a shop and a pub, and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and access to on-site facilities are all included in the price.
