Guardswood Cottage is a picturesque, detached, three-storey cottage resting in Coniston, Cumbria and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor, open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting room with a Smart TV, selection of books and woodburning stove. There is a separate utility at the entrance with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms include two ground-floor king-size, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and a second-floor single in the attic, along with a ground-floor bathroom.

Within less than 1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however please note that smoking is not permitted.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Guardswood Cottage is a characterful base for a family of five or two couples to explore the Lake District National Park. Note: The second-floor single bedroom is in the attic with sloped ceilings, please take care.
