Parking is a real issue as other reviews have said. Residential area pot luck to find a space. Toilet seats both up and down are loose and underneath not clean. Cobwebs visible and dust. Remote for tv batteries not working. Outside garden area needs tidying up. My review has combined all others have complained about. This has got potential to be brill with a seating balcony created, car parking space. Just more love and care. Still had a lovely time.
