Tries to be shabby chic but needs TLC
We stayed for a week at October half term 2020 with a 3 generation family of 7. The house is in a great location with lovely views from the dining area however it is not suitable for people who don't like hills or steep stairs. The house has a large kitchen & dining area which is good for a large family. There are 2 small living rooms with furniture that has seen much better days. There is 1 small TV in the house supported by wifi that doesn't work correctly. I could go on but it is obvious that the owners need to spend time, effort and money making this into a quality holiday let. I would also suggest to the cleaners that moving furniture and cleaning windows every now and then would make for a cleaner house. In summary this place is unsuitable for large families and needs lots of attention to bring up to expectations of paying customers.

This is the 4th yr I have visited and stayed for a couple of days. The house is lovely it's well maintained and clean. The beds are so comfy the on suit wet rooms are just what you need after a day out. The views from the kitchen and patio are beautiful. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and has a lot of natural light. The owners have done a brilliant job of making it a home away from home. Guest Tracy

excellent
The location is excellent. The accomodation is excellent. You get a lovely welcome pack which includes, bread, jam, milk, tea, coffee, sugar. Also a bottle of red and a bottle of white wine. This is the 4th year we have rented the property and we have never been let down yet. A great family holiday home. Amenities are all very close. It is family-friendly and my friends love it also. Thank you Jo.
