There is a bathroom with bath and shower over, a shower room, two cloakrooms, a kitchen, utility, dining room with woodburning stove, living/dining room with woodburning stove, sitting room with woodburning stove, snug with woodburning stove and a first-floor office/study.

Outside there is a front terrace with seating, plus a rear terrace with seating, a fire pit and a shed housing a games room and gym. There is also off-road parking available. Northill is a unique and luxury retreat for a family or group gathering in the Dartmoor National Park.
