The external annexe consists of a studio-style double bedroom with kitchenette including an electric oven, fridge, and dishwasher, and an en-suite shower room, along with an open-plan living space with fridge, hot tub, double sided woodburning stove and shower room.

Outside there is a wrap-around lawn with furniture and barbecue, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome, but no smoking. You'll find a shop in less than 3 miles, and a pub in less than 4 miles.
