The living areas in the three-storey, mid-terrace cottage consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and a living/dining room hosting a TV with FreeSat, DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi, a selection of books, games and DVDs, along with a woodburning stove and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a second-floor double and a family room with a single and pull-out stacker bed, as well as a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with gravelled area, patio and furniture, private rear garden and unrestricted roadside parking.

Within 200 yard, you'll find a shop, within 0.3, a pub, and within 1.2, a beach.
