Fabulous New Year break
We stayed at BayDream over the New Year. The house is privately owned & was exceptionally clean & warm. There was a WII & board games when we stayed in. Would highly recommend

Well equipped cottage
Well equipped cottage on the Bay holiday village in Filey. 15 minute walk to lovely beach. On the edge of site and quite close to main road so expect some amount of road noise if you have windows open. Nice and clean with outside eating area. We would return to the Bay but not to this property as the master bed mattress was very soft giving us achey backs and the bedding very rough as well worn. Glad we took out the insurance too from Sykes as would have been charged £56 for a towel with mascara on and some blood on fitted sheet from my toddler.

Well equipped property
Lovely well equipped property set on The Bay with good facilities including leisure centre- from hairdryers to maps included - everything thought of. Walk to fantastic beach is about 15 minutes. The owner couldn't have been more helpful when I rang for access. Would recommend staying there.

It was like home from home with everything you could possibly need. A lovely clean and well maintained home which was a pleasure to stay in. Highly recommend holiday couldn't ask for anything more thank you.

Bay Dream is a fantastic cottage, very clean and tidy and in a very good location on the site, will definitely recommend the Bay Dream to friends & family.
