Disappointing experience
A comfortable and convenient property. We had no contact with the owners or manager even by phone and were unable to report a broken push button flush in the downstairs toilet. We were therefore amazed to be requested to pay ?50 for the repair, an exorbitant amount for a small breakage of probably just wear and tear. Sykes resolved the matter we asume, but we think we were treated very badly.. I have given it 4 stars as the property deserves it, and as for recommending it to a friend that would be with reservations

Superb stay
A gorgeous cottage which suited us just right for a week. It's only around 10 minutes walk from the station and around 15 mins into the main part of town, however, there are shops just two minutes away at Barnard's Green, including a super bakery and a surprisingly-well-stocked Co-Op. The cottage was lovely - comfortable, warm and quiet - it also had everything (and more) that we needed, in fact, we enjoyed ourselves so much, we didn't want to come home.
