Beautiful stone-built cottage set on the hillside above Sandsend Bay in its own secluded position between the villages of Sandsend and Dunsley, with long distance views over the sea.

On the ground floor is a conservatory with lovely views over the bay and equipped with large sofas and its own TV, beamed kitchen with four oven Aga cooker and breakfast dining area, separate formal dining room with views over the garden and a sitting room with superb views towards the sea. There is a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Also on this floor is a king size double bedroom with antique cast iron bed and views across to Mulgrave Castle.

There is also a games room with a full sized pool table, paddling pool and beach equipment plus an additional garage for bike storage if required. On the first floor is a king size double bedroom with cast iron and brass bed and countryside views across to Dunsley Hall. There is also a charming twin bedroom with cast iron beds and additional full size day bed, plus a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hand wash basin.

Outside are front and side enclosed gardens, both furnished, to catch the morning and evening sun.
