A spacious property in a convenient location for a decent price
We visited Seaside Villa as part of a celebration for my sister's birthday and we absolutely loved the place!
It was clean, well furnished and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with mugs, plates, glasses etc. It's clear that the owners have made an effort to make sure guests have everything they need. It was also reassuring to know that the caretaker for the house lives next door; she popped out to say "hello" as soon as we arrived.
Everyone in our party really appreciated the ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom -- they are a bit on the small side, but we'd all take having the privacy of our own small bathroom over having to share one bathroom any day! So that was a huge benefit.
It was a tad chilly in the house, especially in the bedrooms (note: we visited in February and it was cold outside, too!) but we actually enjoyed curling up with the fire on in the living room and snuggling under the duvets in the super-comfy beds, so it wasn't actually a problem at all.
In summary, it's a spacious property in a convenient location for a decent price. We'd highly recommend it!
Cheap and cheerful and so many toilets!
We stayed for a long weekend with 3 kids plus dog. The house was in a very central location easy walking distance to harbour, beach and town. Very spacious house and lots of room for all 8 of us. Pretty well equipped kitchen and enough plates knives forks cups etc that we didn?t have to load dishwasher every 2 minutes.
Each bedroom having an en-suite is a real bonus.
The only niggles we had were the showers weren?t very powerful, not enough bath mats and there were no sharp knives in the kitchen
This is not the height of luxury but if you are looking for a break in central location with space for everyone to relax at a good price this is the place to book

Overall a lovely stay
The house was both spacious and comfortable. The town is also very pleasant. There's even a large selection of films at the house which kept my 3 children happy when it rained. Overall would recommend.
Poor and over priced
Very disappointed. Over priced. Yes it's a big house but for the price they charge it was very disappointing. We paid close to £500 for one week. My first issue was the pet hair. The carpets were covered in them . They either need to invest in a better Hoover or a better cleaner. Although to be honest when I tried myself to Hoover up the thousands of hairs it was almost impossible with the provided Hoover. They have three double rooms. The windows in two of them do not shut properly. Double bedroom on first floor window would blow right open with the slightest gust. It also meant for a very noisy room. There was damp in the top floor double that didn't have the bust window so no double bedroom was ideal. The en suites are tiny. We both struggled to use them. It sleeps eight people and there's only 3 pans for their 5 ring hob! The cutlery is for small people. The blinds in three of the bedrooms and the lounge are a choking hazard for kids. They hang down very low which is not per recent safety regulations. If my son was in the lounge by himself I didn't dare leave him alone. He also went to look out the blind in his room one day and the whole thing fell down on top of him. It's also located in a really dodgy part of town. Lots of shouting at night. Beer cans on the street in the morning. People walking by swearing at each other. We felt unsafe. Overall not impressed and we couldn't wait to leave
