The living areas in this property consist of a main house set over three floors with a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with woodburning stove. A basement apartment with oven and hob. The bedrooms in the property consist of three first-floor doubles with en-suite showers, a second-floor double and twin and a first-floor single with en-suite shower.

The basement apartment has a double room. There is a ground-floor shower room and second-floor bathroom in the main house and shower room in the basement apartment. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and garden with picnic tables.

Within 1 mile there is a shop, a pub within 200 yards and in less than 2 miles a beach. One well behaved dog is welcome. Sorry no smoking.

WiFi, fuel, power and starter for woodburning stove are included in rent. Mulgrave House is the perfect location for exploring North Yorkshire. Note: Restricted head room on second floor
