To the ground floor you will find a good size sitting room with comfortable seating, TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray player.
The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout - lovely and cosy in the cooler months. The smart kitchen is well equipped and has a lovely granite worktop to add a touch of luxury. Keep the cook company in the nearby dining area, and enjoy mealtimes seated on one of the renovated pews - a delightful nod to the property's Wesleyan history.
The ground floor has been specially designed for the elderly or those with mobility issues. There is an additional fully-equipped ground floor bedroom with a large en-suite shower room with wet room, basin and WC.
