Fantastic Norfolk retreat
3 of us stayed here with our 2 dogs.. Such a warm homely feeling as soon as you walked through the door. Perfect location for us to explore Norfolk. Lovely little town and couldn't find any faults. The shower was amazing. Would definately book again

Precious ?home -away-from-home? cottage!
Thank you for your lovely, sweet cottage Haley! We have stayed at Valentines cottage twice and will most definitely stay again! Besides it's perfect location and more than reasonable fees, this cottage has everything you could want or need! I loved the bath and wood burner when we stayed in November! The full kitchen has everything including washer and dryer! Very cozy and quiet! We brought my in laws last July for their first trip to England and they were very comfortable as they could pop out for a walk into town whenever they liked. If you ever consider sellers by, please let me know! Thank you so much! Jamie

Excellent - but consider the downstairs toilet.
Stayed at Valentine Cottage for a weeks walking break recently. The cottage is a very cosy, warm and well equiped old, traditional property that has all the ameneties one needs for a weeks holiday. However there are one or two drawbacks one needs to consider before booking. Parking is not easy. The cottage is situated on a lane that is wide enough only for 1.5 cars and passing parked vehicles is difficult. Easy parking is found a minimum of 150 yards away which might not suit some travellers. The main drawback is the downstairs toilet and bathroom. The only way to access this room, is through the sitting room, through the kitchen, across a cold lobby and into the toilet, where the light switch is situated behind the door, which is not easy during the night. This may be a consideration for some potential guests.
