This is a comfortable, well-equipped cottage with lovely countryside views in a courtyard setting and provides elegant accommodation for up to six people.

With a wealth of traditional features and modern conveniences, this cottage has been thoughtfully converted to provide welcoming holiday accommodation. There is a bright and inviting sitting area with a wood burner, making this a cosy area in which to relax. The sitting room has French doors that lead to a delightful garden and patio area, and the dining room overlooks this space.

The kitchen is light, modern and equipped to a high standard, and there are three lovely and serene bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms. One of the twin rooms benefits from an en-suite bathroom, and there is a further ground floor bathroom. The wooden floors and exposed stone work and beams give the cottage wonderful character and make this property a great holiday centre.

Outstanding in every way
This beautiful cottage ticked every box for my family, including our two Labradors. Staying in this lovely cottage made our Christmas very special and we wanted to book again for next year but it has already been snapped up. The location is perfect with lovely walks straight from the back door. We will definitely return!

Outstanding holiday cottage.
We've just spent a week at this cottage with our daughter, son in law, 3 grandchildren and pet dog. Our 7 year old granddaughter was the first to run into the property whilst we began to unload the car and quickly ran out to us shouting" THIS IS FABULOUS", We could only agree! The cottage was lovely, spacious and very homely and dog friendly. The owners certainly went the extra mile to welcome us, with a pint of milk in the fridge, a lovely homemade fruit cake and a jar of dog biscuits. The property was immaculately clean with plenty of towels including a set of towels for the dog. It is so well equipped it is a home from home and excellent value for money. We look forward to having a return visit. The property is in a very peaceful location approximately half way between Pickering and Helmsley and about 25 miles from Scarborough.

Everything was above excellent, it is a very special holiday cottage, would go there again any time.

A lovely property and very welcoming. Very dog friendly. Walking right from the doorstep into lovely woods and further. A peaceful escape in a tranquil setting.

Had an amazing stay, the children loved the cottage - there was plenty of room for our family. The cottage was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed, the log fire was beautiful and there was plenty of space for the children to run around and play. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.
