This farmhouse has four bedrooms including two king-size, a twin and a quadruple (4 x singles), along with two bathrooms, a kitchen/diner, a utility, two sitting rooms and an office. Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi and a piano. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, a front lawn and a rear multi-level garden with terraces, lawn, a barbecue and furniture.
Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed. Sorry, this is smoke-free property.
Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Within less than 7 miles there is a shop and within 200 yards there is a pub. Covercote is a superb choice for a countryside retreat to Yorkshire.
Note: Due to the multilevel garden and stream, children under 5 are to be supervised at all times whilst outdoors.
