This conveniently placed holiday property is situated amongst others in the grounds of a manor house set in 30 acres of the beautiful Tamar Valley on the Devon/Cornwall border.

The neighbouring village of Calstock has train connections through the Tamar Valley to Plymouth. Park and ride, and enjoy a day exploring the National Maritime Aquarium, the waterside bars and restaurants as well as the other historical attractions of this famous nautical city.

Also close at hand is the Living Museum of Victorian Life at Morwellham Quay, complete with carriage ride and train trip into the mine which provides a fun day for all the family. Leisure facilities: centred around the Manor House and include a large indoor pool complex with sauna, fitness centre, tennis and table tennis. A full bar and conservatory restaurant is located in the manor house serving homemade light snack/lunches and a full menu in the evening.

To help you relax on your holiday there is family entertainment including discos, karaoke, fancy dress and comedy nights at peak periods. Use of these facilities is completely free and they are all available to use from 9am until 8pm every day. There is also excellent walking and cycling rides nearby.

The accommodation offers: THREE bedrooms 1 double with en-suite WC and 2 further twin rooms. Bathroom: with bath, separate shower and WC.

Lounge /kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Outside: patio area with communal lawn areas surrounding the property.

Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car, additional parking available. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Regret no pets.
