Outside, there is off-road allocated parking for one car, a patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as on-site EV charging and a communal lawn garden.

Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Further on-site facilities include a shared splash/plunge pool and tennis court with seasonal opening hours.
