RURAL LOCATION SET WITHIN 4 ACRES This recently refurbished wing of the main house is situated within 4 acres of grounds and is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks directly from the property and relax in the peace and tranquility of your surroundings. There is a large choice of sandy beaches sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore.

Popular Mevagissey is a 15 minute drive and you can take a fishing trip or enjoy a meal overlooking the quaint harbour. There are attractions to suit all tastes close by and these include The Eden Project Tall Ships at Charlestown Lost Gardens of Heligan Land's End Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. In the evenings relax on your patio area with seating or stroll the grounds.

The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom upstairs. Shower room: downstairs with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV and DVD.

Kitchen: equipped with cooker fridge and microwave (regret no washing machine). Outside: patio area with seating and large grounds. Amenities: ample parking.
