Occupying the entire top floor of one of Falmouth’s most prominent historical buildings, Dawn Catcher is a stunning harbourside residence offering unrivalled views and location. With no fewer than four balconies from which to marvel at breath taking sunrises across the harbour and sunsets across the town rooftops, this spectacularly light and airy residence seems to invite the day in each morning as the harbour comes alive and the town begins to wake up. Located directly opposite one of Falmouth's main slipways it offers secure dedicated parking for four cars or one car and a boat/trailer no longer than 9 metres.

Set in the very heart of Falmouth and yet rising above it, Dawn Catcher stands uniquely alone offering tranquility within this lively, eclectic and energetic, beach resort. Located on the third floor, access to the penthouse is via a wide staircase from the communal ground floor entrance. Step inside and discover spacious interiors with oodles of style and a laid back-vibe.

Oak wood floors, sash windows and coastal inspired artwork combine with elegant design in fittings and furniture. The open plan living room is the social hub. A statement electric fire in the sitting area adds extra cosiness for winter breaks and the large corner sofa, adorned with scatter cushions and throws, means there is space for everyone to relax and admire the seascape.

The kitchen has smooth Corian work surfaces, statement pebble backsplash and branded gadgets aplenty and there is a separate dining area comfortably catering for eight guests and sociable mealtimes. The sumptuous master bedroom includes a sleek en-suite shower room and a second Smart TV and there are three additional double bedrooms and a separate bathroom providing ample facilities for families. All that Falmouth has to offer, including a myriad of galleries, cafes, bars, restaurants and boutique shopping, is on the doorstep and the famous Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, a ten minute walk away.

One of Cornwall’s premier visitor destinations, Falmouth is renowned for its maritime heritage and is home to the National Maritime Museum. History buffs will love Henry VIII’s Pendennis Castle and the exotic gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan are a must-see for garden lovers. For those who wish to venture farther, why not leave the car in its secure gated parking and simply hop on one of the pedestrian ferries that ply the waterways to Flushing or St Mawes.

Combining understated elegance and stunning views with a buzzing events calendar and an array of attractions for all ages, Dawn Catcher is perfect for breaks for families and yachtsmen at any time of year. Dawn Catcher is ideally situated for maritime enthusiasts with dry storage for a trailer/sailer, RIB or powerboat up to 9m LOA (inc trailer). Launch and recovery less than 50 metres from the entrance.

Perfect for National and international competitions, Falmouth Week Regatta and IRC Championships. Storage suitable for Sunbeams, J/Boats, Flying Fifteen’s, Lazers, Sunbeams etc.

Holiday ruined by being boycotted
We had such a great holiday in Falmouth, the property is delightful and spacious. Couldn?t fault the decor. ( only the 6 flights of stairs) Until!!!! We had a situation where one of the beds (double) had a crack in the frame, which was found by our other party later ok when they arrived.. didn?t think much of this, got up in morning and went to sit back on the bed and the frame cracked in the middle causing the frame to completely go, so unsafe to turn sleep in. Contacted the person we needed to immediately and they spoke to the owner and got a nee one a day later. We came home after our stay and a few days later had £200 with drawn from our back account and when I questioned this they said it's part of a Claus for damage to furniture. I explained that the bed was cracked before we got there and they still stated our fault. I felt boycotted that we are footing a bill for a bed already broken. I will not be going to this property again and if you don't want to be blamed for things out of your control don't either. Think before booking.

Family Break
WOW! Just wow. What an absolutely beautiful place to say. Very luxurious and comfortable. Everything thought of. A total home from home. And the views- outstanding. Located centrally to everything, no need to take the car out. We had an amazing trip.

Fabulous luxury apartment in the heart of the town with beautiful views
This beautiful apartment was within a two minute walk of the ferry and shops but has gorgeous views over they bay because there is a boat ramp in front of this historic property. It is not overlooked and is very private. From the balcony you can see out over the ocean and straight downstairs and within a minute is Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant and a full selection of other lovely dining places. The main shopping street is to the left. The home is beautifully decorated and even the colour scheme is relaxing. Even the plates provided look like beach pebbles. Gorgeous. Thoroughly recommend.
