Owls Roost in Gorran Haven, Cornwall, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. Please Note: The shared swim spa on site, will only be available for bookings between April 2024 and September from 10am – 9pm daily.

The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared courtyard with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars.

You'll find a shop and a pub in 1 mile, and the beach in less than 2 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but please, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Owls Roost is a fabulous dwelling to use as a base whilst exploring Cornwall. Note: Super-fast fibre broadband and 5G available. Note: The washing machine is in a shared onsite laundry.

Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is a shared swim spa on site, which is available for bookings between April and September from 10am – 9pm daily. This facility is available to all guests staying in one of our four holiday cottages.

There is a supplementary charge of 50 GBP per cottage, per week and is payable to the owners before arrival.
