Situated just a mile from the village of Kilkhampton with a choice of two traditional inns village stores and takeaways or just a 10 minute drive is the seaside town of Bude; you are perfectly located for a great family holiday. Bude boasts a wide range of shops restaurants craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches plus many more leisure facilities to choose from.

The North coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages such as Clovelly Boscastle and Port Isaac and many family attractions within driving distance including The Milky Way The Big Sheep Trethorne Leisure Park or locally why not explore Tamar Lakes with a wealth of water sports superb fishing and great walks.Outside: both semi detached cottages have a private decked area with seating and BBQ. Watch the ponies in the owners paddock and help to feed with the owner's permission or alternatively stroll along the farmland path which is a beautiful walk across the fields with stunning views across to moorland.

The large dining area leads into additional lounge seating for those who wish to simply relax and unwind. Well equipped kitchen with rangemaster electric cooker American style fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer.
