One bedroom flat in central Penryn. Very close to harbour. WiFi, Sky TV.
Falmouth 1 mile.
Conveniently located to visit much of West Cornwall and its superb South Coast, this comfortable and cosy one-bedroom apartment in Penryn, one of Cornwall's most ancient towns, is just a stoneâs throw from both the town centre and harbour, and one mile from Falmouth. Enter the property into the bright and sociable open plan living area, with its large comfy sofa, wall-mounted TV, contemporary kitchen and dining area. One step up through sliding doors and youâll find the unusual bedroom, standing side-by-side with the bathroom, both adjoining the living area.
Step out of the apartment and within just a few minutesâ stroll you can be beside the harbour. Penryn is a hub for sailing and the town centre, with its character builds and slanting cobbled streets offers individual shops, galleries, cafés and pubs including the 200 year-old Kings Arms. With the beautiful Helford River nearby and fine sandy beaches within a short distance, you will never be short of options for a day out.
Combine this with the fact that Falmouth is just a mile away, where you can while away your day on the beach, wander the South West Coast Path, spend the afternoon on a fishing or scuba diving trip or peruse the array of shops in the bustling town, and you have the perfect base for a wonderful holiday, whatever time of year.

Comfortable, compact, accommodation, at an affordable price.
Penryn is a working town, with local friendly people & pubs. It is a perfect location to explore the surrounding areas such as Falmouth (less than 2 miles away) without costing a fortune.
The flat is comfortable, cosy, internet works well, and 'sky' was a bonus.
It would have been nice to have a few coffee sachets & milk to make a drink on arrival, and there isn't a hairdryer, but other than that, a perfect break away.
Thanks
