Ner Sea is a wonderful cottage situated in Marazion near Penzance and Helston. This cottage sleeps two people and is set over three floors with a king-size double with en-suite, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner, along with a second floor mezzanine eaves snug. Outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a terraced garden with a bench.
Ner Sea is an ideal base for a couple with plenty to see and explore nearby, including the Lizard peninsula and Land's End.

Fantastic little cottage
We booked Ner Sea as our first little holiday as a family of 3 taking our 3 month old. We have camped in Cornwall before but opted for a cottage this time. We looked at Marazion as a good base to explore the south and west of the county a little more. Firstly Marazion is a brilliant village. Views over to St Michaels mount, some fab places to eat and drink and not as busy as some of the bigger villages and towns. Ner Sea is in a great spot easy walking distance to the shops, pubs and the mount.
We booked through Sykes cottages which was very easy. £20 deposit and clear instruction when to pay balances and who to contact. When we arrived the cottage was spotless and exactly like the pictures we?d seen on the Sykes app. It had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We really couldn?t have been happier with it. The only thing that might be a concern is the very tight parking space. But at least there is off-road parking and I managed to get an Audi Q5 on without any bother.
Again I would highly recommend Ner Sea
